Method 3: Platform authorisation sync
For sellers on Amazon, Rakuten, Shopify and similar marketplaces. Authorise a store in LingXing OMS and its orders flow in automatically — no re-keying and no code. Orders sitting in a third-party ERP? See Method 4: ERP sync. Custom integration with your own system? See Method 5: API integration.
The whole chain
The key point: what syncs in is a platform order, not an outbound order. It becomes an outbound order only after the warehouse/channel assignment and the review step.
Step 1: Authorise the store
- In the left menu, go to 系统设置 (System settings) → 平台授权 (Platform authorisation).
- The page has two tabs, 平台 (Platform) and ERP. Use 平台 here.
- Find your marketplace in the list and click 添加授权 (Add authorisation).
38 marketplaces are supported at present:
| Region / type | Marketplaces |
|---|---|
| North America / global | Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Newegg, Wayfair, TikTok, Temu, SHEIN, Shopify, WooCommerce |
| Japan | Rakuten, Yahoo, Qoo10 |
| SEA / LATAM | Shopee, Lazada, Mercado, Coupang, AliExpress |
| Europe / other | Otto, Cdiscount, Kaufland, ManoMano, OnBuy, Trendyol, Mirakl, Ozon, Yandex, Wildberries, Naver, Falabella |
| Own sites / site builders | Shopline, Shoplazza, Shopyy, Shoppaas, Genstore, NeoBund |
The 0/0 after each name is authorised stores / total stores.
The list on the left is grouped by authorisation status: 已授权平台 (authorised), 新支持平台 (newly supported) — currently COSA, NOON and SHOPLAZZA — and 未授权平台 (not yet authorised), 35 of them. Use the 搜索平台名称 (search) box at the top of the list when there are a lot to scroll through.
Step 2: Fill in the details and go to the marketplace
The "店铺授权 - marketplace" dialog has two sections:
| Section | What goes in |
|---|---|
| 基础信息 (Basic) | Store name and store code — identifiers you choose. They become the "Shop" on the outbound order. The store code accepts letters and digits only (no hyphens or underscores) and cannot be changed once created |
| 授权信息 (Authorisation) | Region — the marketplace region, e.g. North America / Europe / Japan for Amazon |
Click 前往授权 (Go to authorise) and you're taken to the marketplace's own consent page to sign in and approve. On success you return to OMS and the store appears in the list with its store status and sync status.
Note The dialog links to "如何进行店铺授权?" (how to authorise a store). Each marketplace differs — some need steps inside the seller console — so follow it the first time.Step 3: Wait for orders to sync
Once authorised, orders land in 平台订单 (Platform orders) in the left menu. The sync window is fixed:
Important On the day authorisation succeeds, orders created within the last 5 days are synced. From the next day on, only orders created within the last 2 days are.So older orders are not backfilled beyond that 5-day window. Anything earlier has to come in through bulk import or manual creation.
There's a 手动同步 (Sync now) button at the top right if you suspect something is missing.
Step 4: Turn platform orders into outbound orders
All of this happens on the 平台订单 page:
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| 分配仓库&物流 | Assign the shipping warehouse and logistics channel — this decides the channel on the resulting order |
| 审核 (Review) | Passing review is what creates the outbound order |
| 审核成功自动提交仓库 | Tick it and a passed review submits the order to the warehouse straight away |
| 取消 | Don't ship this one |
| 手动同步 | Pull from the marketplace on demand |
| 打印中性条码 / 导出 | Same as on the dropshipping outbound list |
The list has a 审核失败原因 (review failure reason) column — check it first when review fails. Typical causes: SKU not paired, incomplete recipient details, insufficient stock.
Automate the assignment with order rules
系统设置 → 平台订单规则 lets you create rules that assign warehouse and channel automatically. Rules are drag-to-reorder, and the higher one wins. With volume, good rules remove the manual step 4 entirely.
After the outbound order exists
It behaves exactly like a hand-keyed one: where it goes after submission still depends on the channel — Yamato straight to Awaiting, Sagawa parked in Drafts → To be submitted. See Method 1, Step 6 and After submitting: status tracking and exceptions.
Note Recipient details on a platform order come from the marketplace and don't necessarily satisfy the carrier. The Japanese address rules — phone required, Address1 capped at 16 full-width, District left empty — still apply. Bad addresses surface at review or when the label is requested. Two parts without video
The marketplace-side page after you click "Go to authorise" (Amazon's or Rakuten's own sign-in and consent screen) needs a real seller account and belongs to the marketplace, so it cannot be recorded here — follow the "如何进行店铺授权?" link in the dialog instead. A worked example of the order rules is also not recorded yet. Ask your account contact if you need a walkthrough of either.
