Method 4: ERP authorisation sync

For customers already managing orders in a third-party ERP. Authorise the ERP in LingXing OMS and its orders flow in automatically, with no code. Orders sitting directly on a marketplace? See Method 3: platform sync. Custom integration? See Method 5: API integration.

Same entry point as platform sync

ERP and platform authorisation live on the same page — only the tab differs:

系统设置 (System settings) → 平台授权 (Platform authorisation) → the ERP tab.

The chain afterwards is identical:

Authorise ERP

Orders sync into 平台订单

Assign warehouse and channel

Outbound order created

So steps 3 and 4 are exactly the same as Method 3 — see Method 3, steps 3-4.

Supported ERPs

ERP
LingXing ERP, Mabang ERP, Tongtool, ECCANG ERP, Jiji ERP
Jinghui ERP, Wangdian ERP, Jushuitan ERP, Miaoshou ERP
LinsGeek ERP, Dianxiaomi

The 0/0 after each name is authorised / total.

How to authorise

  1. Open 系统设置 → 平台授权 and switch to the ERP tab.
  2. Find your ERP and click 添加授权.
  3. Enter a store name and store code (identifiers you choose) and pick the region.
  4. Click 前往授权 to jump to the ERP side and approve.
  5. On success the entry shows its store status and sync status.

The screens are the same as platform authorisation

Apart from switching to the ERP tab in step 1, and landing on the ERP's own page after the redirect, the OMS side is identical to platform authorisation. The walkthrough in Method 3 applies here too.

Note The sync window matches platform sync: 5 days of orders on the day you authorise, 2 days from then on. History is not backfilled.

Platform sync or ERP sync?

If your orders are already consolidated in the ERP, use ERP sync and don't authorise both — the same orders would sync in twice.

No video for the ERP side

For the OMS side, see the walkthrough in Method 3 — the only difference is switching to the ERP tab in step 1. The ERP's own page after you click "Go to authorise" needs a live ERP account and cannot be recorded. Authorisation also differs per ERP, and most need configuration on the ERP side too. Ask your account contact about this part.
