About This Guide
This guide is for customers who order from overseas warehouses through Topwell OMS. It covers the three most common workflows:

| ToB: stock is in the warehouse, send it on to another warehouse | Send a transfer instruction | Freight Outbound order | Warehouse → Freight Outbound |
Outbound: ToC or ToB first
Outbound is two entirely different order types with separate entry points. Before you create one, decide who the shipment is going to:
