Methods 3-4: Automatic order feeds (platform / ERP)

Both bring orders in automatically and without writing any code — you authorise once and you're done. Connecting your own system over the API? See Method 5: API integration.

Method 3: Platform authorisation sync

If you sell on Amazon, Shopify, Rakuten and similar marketplaces, authorising the store in OMS lets marketplace orders sync in automatically as parcel outbound orders — no re-keying.

Where to authorise, which platforms are supported, and the sync rules (which orders are picked up, how often, and whether they still need manual confirmation) are still being documented. Ask your account contact to enable it in the meantime.

Method 4: ERP authorisation sync

If you already manage orders in a third-party ERP, authorising that ERP in OMS lets its orders sync in automatically as parcel outbound orders. Unlike API integration, this needs no development — just authorisation and configuration.
